General Questions

Here are some answers to some general questions about Norwood Printing.

All initial communication with us should be made through our customer service team or your designated sales person. They will be able to help you answer any specific questions you may have about your upcoming job. You can contact them at either info@norwoodprinting.com (for Norwood) or mike@norwoodprinting.com (for Carver).

What kind of products don't we sell? We sell all kinds of printing and promotional products. When in doubt, it's always a good idea to call us and ask.

All quotes should arrive within 24 hours based on the volume of work we have at that time. Any quote for something that may be an outside service is based on the timeline given to us by our vendor.

At this point we do not offer online ordering for anything that we do in house. We do, however, have online ordering for greeting cards and promotional items. We hope to one day offer an online ordering service.

Questions About Files

If you are creating your own artwork, here are some answers to questions about your files.

We can work with almost any kind of file, but certain types of files are better than others. Generally, the best type of file is a print ready pdf. That is a high resolution pdf that has bleed (if necessary) and is created in CMYK for the color.

A high resolution file is 300dpi. As that number goes down so does the quality of your image.

Yes. Vectorizing and digitizing a file will take 1-3 business days.

Production Questions

Here are some answers to common questions about the production of your job.

A digital copy job will take 1-3 business days, after proof approval to be produced (depending on workload).
An offset press job will take 3-5 business days, after proof approval to be produced (depending on workload).

An embroidery job will take 3-5 business days, after proof approval to be produced
(depending on workload and quantity ordered).

A job that is sent to an outside vendor will take 5-10 business days, after proof approval to be produced (depending on workload).

Shipping & Delivery

We offer free local delivery. Please call for details.

We ship orders via UPS. We can also ship via FedEx or a Third Party upon request.

All payments are COD unless you have a credit account with us.
